Returns Procedure

At The Royal Riwayah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Package Your Return:

   • Securely package the item(s) you wish to return.
   • Ensure the item(s) are in a resalable condition and in their original packaging.
   • Place the Returns Label provided on the delivery note on the outside of the package.
   • We recommend using a tracked service to return your goods and keeping a copy of your returns receipt.

2. Complete the Return Form:

   • Fill out the Return Code column on the back of your delivery note with the relevant code.
   • Include this form inside the package with the item(s) you are returning.

3. Refund Processing:

   • All refunds will be processed within 14 days of the item(s) being received at our warehouse.
   • If you have not received your refund within this time, please contact us with the tracking information for the return so we can investigate and locate your package.

4. Return Costs:

   • Returns are FREE for all customers.
   • Original purchase delivery costs will not be refunded unless the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

5. Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items:

   • If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@theroyalriwayah.com before returning the item.
   • Our team will either arrange a free collection for further investigation or, if the item is damaged or faulty, provide guidance on how to proceed.

Additional Information:

• We can only process refunds for items purchased directly from The Royal Riwayah. Products purchased from other retailers should be returned to them directly.
• Unfortunately, we cannot refund gift cards.
• To avoid issues with lost returns, we suggest using a tracked service when returning items, as we cannot refund goods that are lost in the post.
